William Wise, aged fifty-two years,an
engineer on the Pennsylvania Rail
road, is deadfromexposure during
the storm last. Wednesday night. Ed-
ward Lapp, of Barwind, Po... his fire-
man, is missing and is believed to
have been frozen to «team. Wise. on
Wednesday night. brought a train
from Harrisburg to this city At
Bradford Hills, about 30 miles west
of this city, his train collided with a
snow plow and the engine was slight-
ly damaged. Fireman Lapp Went
back to flag the train following and
nothing has since been heard of him.

dolphin station, he asked to be reliev-
ed from duty. He was ill. and wont
