Mrs. Theresa Moll went back to her
beloved farm on Madison road yester-
day. not upon order of the civil
court of common pleas. but upon a
compromise arranged by the attorneys
representing her and her children. Gus-
tave Moll. her son, will look after her
and see that her wants are supplied.
and she does not lack for. anything.
and that she is properly cared for. He
has a house on the farm a short dis-
tance from the home of his mother.
The case Is still nominally on the court
docket. and. MI'E. Moll is technically
in the care of the Westport sanitarium,
Which assigns to Gustave Moll the post
of keeper.
The arrangement is. considered by
Mrs. Moll's counsel. Attorney Edward
F‘. Hail. one. which will work satis‘
factorlly and it will be tried for a time
at least. The children agreed to the
arransemoni. Mrs. Oberly. Mrs. Slad-
ler, Miss Lillie Moll and Gustave Moll
being willing. At that it looked as
reached. as the children objected, ,but
Judge Curtis suggested that a com-
promise might be a desirable method
of settling the iamily tangle.
It was then reconsidered, and the
agreement was reached between conn-
sol and the family. The compromise
was agreeable to the court but Judge
Curtis issued no order re ‘ating to it.
