The inhabitants, legal voters, of the
Town of Norwalk are hereby notified
and warned that a special town meet-
ing will he held in the Town Hall. on
Wall street, Saturday, October list,
1904, at eight o'clock in the evening,
for the following purposes, towit
1. 'l‘o.hear the annual reports of
the officers. and take action thereon.
2. To consider and, if deemed advis-
able. take action on a petition of
tax-payers of "Bell island” and “Pine
Point" in matter of the present wood-
en bridge at said “Bell Island", and
if the meeting so decide, to authorize
the replacing or the present wooden
bridge with a atone arch bridge, and
to make necessary appropriations for
the said work.
3. To your permission. if deemed
advisable, for the property owners on
IEast avenue and Rowan street to con-
nect their premises with the town sow-

work be done without any expense or
cost. to the town.
