estate transactions Five cases
against him. one of Which charged em-
bezzlement were boiled on' the request
of Prosecuting Attorney Febsenden.
Alice Young, the plaintiffgraouested
that the cases be not pushes. as she
thought the defendant was not in his
right mind at the times the offenses
were committed.1
Marsh is now serving a jail sentence
of one year and his time will be up
on October 1. He will then start on
his new sentence of one year. [its
