judge found Mr. Nash guilty and fined
him one dollar and cost, from which
decision Mr.” Nash at once filed an
appeal, Horace S. Wakeman, of Com-
po, going bonds for Mr Nash to the
amount of fifty dollars. Bonds were at
first placed at one hundred dollars, 'lbut
on the refusal of Mr. Wakeman to gel

Hill. drowned while bathing at Par-
lor Rock. Wednesday. was held yester-

home of friends residing at 363 liabili-
