The light fall of snow. covering the

The death of Elisabeth Meagargee
occurred yesterday at the home of her
parents Mr. and Mrs. Albert Meagar-
gee :59 First avenue. The child was
two rears of age and has been criti-
cally ill for a number of days. The
funeral will be held Wednesday after-
noon at 2:30 o'clock from the residence
of the parents.
Two very strong and eloquent ser-
mons were preached yesterday at the
Advent Christain Church by Rev. Josh-
ua Benton of New Haven with whom
Rev. J. W. Davis exchanged pulpits
yesterday. Mr. Davis has returned from
the Elm city. Mr. Denten also address
ed the Sunday school at which the at-
tendance was very large.
A pleasant surprise party was given
to Miss Mae Behrens. at her home on
Winfield street. Saturday night. The
