We further find that advanced payments on spring orders now held

seems to be' in good condition. with facilities for turning out a very
large product.
Mr. Swartz. President of the Company. informed us that all
the obligations of the old Oompany excepting the $10,000 rcal
catAte mortgage, have been cared for; that the reorganized Com-
pany would date their business from December 1st. .. 1903. free from
debt except as above. and that the present equity would be repre-
sented by the common stockholders. and that the cash received
from the sale of the prcferrsd capital stock would be used as work-
ing capital.
