pany administrator. Tire decision also
directs the Trust. Company to recover

Italian named Francesco Stangieue
was arrested here last night. by Sup-
ernumerary Colasanto on suspicion of
beiutt implicated in the assault on Anna
Altrl in New Haven Saturday night. it
was known that the. men concerned in
the assault had relatives in this city
and the police have been on the lookout
for new arrivals in the ltalian quarter.
Suspicion rested upon Stanglone and he
was arrested last night. The man told
conflicting stories 'st first sayig that he

he was here from Daubury and later
that he was from New “York His

New Haven detectives are expected
