Donahue. submitted to the American
'Foderstlou of Labor. in session in
South Norwalk, this week, appears in
5. tall oaths sixth page of The Sentinel
today. it deals with the labor situa-
tion in the state in a most thorough
. manner. and will bear the careful per-
usal of both employer and employee.
The work accomplished during the past
year. under'the capable direction of
such a leader as President Donahue
must be gratifying to everyone affili-
atedwith labor unions. The work in
, the legislature, in the rejection of
many bills that it was believed would
prove detrimental to organized labor,
and the passage of several that would
prove of benefit. occupies an import—
out part of the report.

The automobile endurance test was
resumed this morning at 7 o‘clock.
when I". B. Stcarus led the way on the
run from Cleveland to Youngstown, a
distance of about seventy miles, by
wagon road. Webb Jay followed
Stearns closely, and the others all got
away within a half hour after the lead-

spend tonight in Yunngsiown and to

Jackson. the convicted murderer of
Fonnic Buck, a six your old boy, was
taken from the county jail here last
night by a mob and lynched.

rear of the jail and overpowered Jailor
Stephens, who was able to offer but
slight resistance. Jackson was foundl ‘
