lightning bolts or the strong wind
which accompanied the. atmospheric

which were destmyed. When the
storm broke in Huntington Center two
Italians employed by the Bridgeport
Hydraulic Company here. took a refuge
on the veranda of the house of Edgar
Worcester. A lightning bolt struck
the house near where the men stood.
and they were thrown a considerable
distance, one being badly hurt. He
was unconscious all night. but the 11011
