ments. There was further liquidation
in some of the specialties and increas-
ed pressure against Alchison. the
common stock sold off a- large fraction
on general selling. .. There were snarp
declines in United States Realty pre-
ferred and Virginia Carolina Chemical.
At the end of the first hour a bitter
tone was shown by hlluest the entire
