Mildred Hartwlek, the little daugh-

noon and interment was in St. Mary 5
Cemetery.

tion of cases to the town court this
morning before Judge Taylor. in Nor-
walk. The list was read off by the

Vosburg. As a result Judge Taylor
ordered about thirty eases restored.
An operation was performed this
morning. at the hospital, on the throat
of Franklin bishop, son of Mr. and
Mrs, William F. Bishop, of Bcldcn ave—

moved. The operation. which was very

The funeral of the late Mrs, Car0~
line Henry, who died Friday evening
at. her home on the Washington street
bridge. was held this morning from her
late residence. The intermenI was in
Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Henry was
over eighty years of age when she died,
and came to this city from Virginia.

Murray and Thomas Sullivan, striking
teamsters who were convicted in the
Superior Court last Friday of assault
on Joseph Kinney. a non-union man,
and also of conspiracy to assault l\'iu~
ney, were today sentenced by Judge
Robinson. On the assault charge
they wer . sentenced to serve oncy ear
in the County Jail, and pay a line of $1
each. On the conspiracy charge. they
were each given an indeterminate scu-
tence of not less Ihan fifteen mouths
nor more than two years in State's
brlson. TheStaIe prison sentence is
.o begin at the expiration of the jail
sentence.
