Edward Moore Loses His Life on Nau-
gatuck Branch.
DERBY. June 8~Edward Moore. ag-
ed 34 years. a brass worker. was kill-
ed by a freight train on the Naugatuck
branch of the New York. New Haven
and Hartford Railroad early yesterday
Moore is supposed to have attempted
to Jump from one of the cars when the
train reached here. Several curs ran
over him. His head was out In two
and he was otherwise horribly
