He said that while the sermon was not
one he would have chosen for commun-
ion Sunday It was not Inappropriate
under the present and conditions. Pro-
fessor Stevens alluded to the fact that
the flowers on the communion table

them before her death in appreciation
of the many kindnesses shown by the
members of the church during her lil-
neos. The pastor's pow was fostooned

ory of the departed one. Those flowers
