RICH NORWICH MAN ARRESTED.
NORWICH, July 12.—-Captain Ash-
eel Tannar. one of the wealthiest and
best known residents of East Norwich,
is under arrest here for it probably fa-
tal assault upon Mrs. David Goldberg.

a neighbor of Tanner and went to the
house yesterday morning to get it. Cap-
