Arctic Club's steam barge Windward
arrived In Quarantine at 10:07 p. m.
from Brigus, N. R, where she has been
wintering since her return from the:
Arctic last September. The Windward ‘
began her last expedition to the Arc-
tic July 20, 1000. at Sydney, C. B., and
to the Arctic this .summer. She is
expected to bring Lieutenant Peary
home. Mr, and Mrs. Peary will accom-
pany her on her return as far as Cape
Sabine. s
BRADLEY-HILL BILL PASSED.
ALBANY, March 26.—-The Bradley-
Hill bill appropriating $100,000 for the
