After the election the board held a
short session and much important bus-
iness was transacted.
. It was decided by unanimous vote
that it was the time now to put the As-
sociation on a strictly “Pay as you go"
basis. by January tel. 1902. For the
past two years the present management
has been seriously handicapped. not
only by the small and inaulilcient quar-
ters, but also an old debt. which was
contracted by the Y. M. C. A. section
prior to February lat. 1900. .-

sociation la a regularly incorporated

terprise. it ought to be on a strictly
