mission. the state. branch of the Amer~
ican Federation of Labor. in session
here yesterday, pledged its assistance
to the man now omitting trial on the
charge of conspiracy for connectionl
with the strike at the Farrell Foundry .
& Machine Company in Ansonia. The
formal resolution adopted is as fol-
lows:
“Resolved. That the executive man

Federation of Labor Ia hereby Instruct-
ed to give all moral and financial no
aistnnce to the members of the affiliat-
ed Unions in Ansonla against whom
criminal cases are. now pending before
