tion in favor of the Ray bill amoudn-
tory of the national bankruptcy law
has been adopted by the New York
Board of Trade and Transportation.
Morris S. Wise. who introduced the
resolution, said that one of the fed
tures of the bankruptcy law was the
facility with which ‘bnnkrupts obtained
their discharge. and urged that the
cause for refusing discharges éhould
