The case of State vs. Catherine Du-
gan, of Chapel street. which.was to
have come up In the Norwalk side of
the Town Court again this morning
has again been continued for another
week. Last week. when the case came
up, Judge Lfickwood continued the
ease for a week in order that the we
man could find another place in which
to reside where she would not be so
near the children in the neighborhOOd
one of whom she assaulted with a tin
can. Mrs. Dugan has not moved and
the Judge has allowed her another
week of grace. .
