plication is made to remove the case
to the House of Lords by a writ of cer-
tlcrari. Such trials have been very
rare. The last was the case of Lord
Caidigan. There have been four trials
of peers. in the House of Lords. since
the end of the leign of George ll.

Henry S Selieck aged forty one
years. died at his home at 1101 East
Main street. Bridgeport yesterday
