der Trial.
NEW YORK. April z—Mrs. Anna
Francis was recalled to the witness
stand today in the examination of AI- ‘

she had never written any letters for

concerning the Rice will matter to J.

what medicines Patrick had taken last
year and the witness replied that she

Mrs. Francis said she had not de-

that Mr. Osborne could have it if he.
would sent for it. She also altered to
give the prosecution all of the letters
written her by Patrick. 1
