Coroner Kleindieust has given out his
verdict In the inquest into the deaths
of the thirtyone persons. victims of
the hrs in the Rochester Orphan Asy-

The coroner severely criticises the
trustees of the asylum. and denounces
Viayor Carnelian and the Board of ills-
timutc and apportionment for their
policy In not giving the fire marshal
urflicient assistance to permit of the
proper building inspection. Continu-
ing, the verdict says:
