Attorney William A Leonard. of that
elm. nan disbarred from practicing in
the courts of Connecticut. The action
against Mr. Leonard was brought by
the grievance committee of the Fan-
field County liar.
The charge presented to the court
was that made In Oscar L. Schrieher
of Bethcl. Mr. Schrleher testified that
be retained Mr. Leonard to procure a
divorce for him. Mr Leonard agreed
to bring proceedings. but neglected to
do no. John ll. Booth. aaslatant clerk
of the court. testified that Mr Sch‘rle-
ber's unit had never been brought to
that court.
