tiff, which he without cause or right
has refused to do.”

Senator Sullivan about October 7.
1895. in his law office at Oxford. he
being employed to defend her brother-
ill-law. She claims that he made pru-
testations of affection for her. “and be-
gan by wiles and artifices to induce
the plaintiff to accompany him on it
journey to Chattanooga. Tenn." ’
Plaintiff claims she refused to go
