Eleven of these the sow has cared for, while another is being carefully brought up on a spoon by Mrs. Horton The other three being left out in the cold have been taken up by a collie dog owned by Mr. Horton. The dog has become. so attached to the little pigs that she will not allow anyone to approach her pets excepting the immediate members of the Horton family.
