Mr. Edward Hyatt formerly of Nor
walk, who for the past year or more
has been in New Jersey has met with
success that warrants his being rejoined
by hisfamily at an early date.
One of the large limbs of a tree at
the Benedict place on East avenue fell
yesterday afternoon and striking a trol-
ley wire caused some delay on the
Street Railway line of cars‘ to Cran-
bury.
It is stated that a W'ater street man
has been deserted by his wife and that
he is forced to depend upon charity for
his subsistence. The poor fellow ought
to be cared for by the selectmen, and
mayhap will be.

The yacht “Three Brothers” is in
commission, and Commodore Clark
fully believes that she will in no wise
do discredit to her last season’s record
as being a lucky boat for lucky fisher-
men.
A yacht club has been organized at
the Street Railway station, and a new
yacht has been purchased for the use ‘
of'the club. A meeting will be held
to-morrow night at which time a com-
' mittee will be appointed to purchase a
rudder for the yacht.

Fred Doran, Edward Powers and
George Doran were arrested last night

A South Norwalk man, last evening,
