ior court, to be relieved of supporting tsuch
indigent person in whole, or part, as said

inhabitant. to appear and show causewhy
such relief should not be granted; anti, it
said court shall find that the furnishing
,such support will impoverisb said relative,
so as to deprive him or her of reasonable
support, said court shall direct what sup-

Sec. 1. Everyborouga shall procure its
bounds to be set out tn plain and durablt
"marks and monuments, which shall be a
stone pillar set in the ground to the depth
of at least two feet, and standing above the
ground at least one foot at every corner and

June to the lst day of November in each
year, except on Saturdays from 12 o‘clock
in. until 9 o’clock p. m. of said days.
See. 2. No person shall lake or carry
away any fish from said Black Pond, Wood-
stock pouds. or said Little River, at from
said Killingly pond,Quiuebaug pond, Alex
ander's pond,‘or Moosup pond, from the 1st
day of November in each year, to the 15th
day of June ill the succeeding' year, except
on the second Saturdav of December. the
second Saturday of January. the second
Saturday of February, and the second Sat-
urday of March, from 8 o’clock a. m., until
5 o'clock p. m. on each of said days.
Sec. 3. No person shall at any time take
any fish from said ponds or river in any
other manner than by a hook and line. '
Sec. 4. Every person who shall violate
any of the preceding seCtions of this act
shall forfeit for every such offense the sum
of twenty-five dollars to him who shall
sue therefor and prosecute his suit to effect.
Sec. 5. Every person who shall take any
fish through the ice on Marlborough pond,
to this state, shall tilt-felt for every such of-
fense the sum of twenty-five dollars to him
who shall sue therefor and prosecute his
suit to effect:
Sec. 6. This act shall take elf-ct from the
first day of November, A. D., 1873.
