Sec. 1. 'l‘hat section 5 of chapter LXVII,
of the Public Acts of 1872 be amended by
striking out. the words "including the lands
in possession o! C. C. Simons," and that the
. committee named in said section shall not
be required or authorized toaeli saidlands.
Sec. 2. That the title to said lands now in
possession of the said C. C. Simona shall be
and the same hereby is vested in him and
his heirs and assigns in fee simple, and may
be alieued and transmitted by him in the
same manner as lands in fee simple may be
alieued and transmitted by other citizens of
this state.
