MR. Enrron :-I wish through your columns
to make a public exposure of the conduct of
the Priest of St. Mafyls Church, on Sunday
week, which, Mr. Editor, 1 am sorry to say
was very unbecoming.

I have a_boy buried in the Church Yard, who
oame_to his death by the late deplorable acci-
dent in New Canaan. I came to visit my poor,
child’_s Grave and when coming back from it I
met his Reverence, but did not expect that he
would take any notice of me. He said “ Come
get out of this place.” ‘-‘ I am going sir,” was
the reply. “ If you don’t I will soon make
you ;” then he laid hands on me and gave me
a push. So I went off of course, with my feel-
ings very much hurt.

Intending_fo publish this statement. I called
to see Mr. 0‘.R(3llCy, to ask him as a true man
ought to do in such a case-, if he had any ex-
planation to offer for this treatment ; the an-
swer I _got was that I might go and settle with
the Editor of the Gazette.

the following Real Estate, lying in said Nor-
walk. at South Norwalk, so called, to wit; a
certain piece of land in quantity one rood,

of the New York & New Haven Rail ‘Road
Company, Easterly by Highway,and Souther-
ly by land of Fowler M. Ray. Said premises
are subject to the incumbrancc of the dower
right therein of said Louisa Stiles as the wid-
ow of Edwa1'd Stiles, deceased.

And she further says. that the Estate is at
present unproductive ; that the avails thereof
are wanted for the support, maintenance and
education of said Minors, and that it will be for
the advantage of said Minors to sell the same,
and invest the avails thereof according to law ;
wherefore she says,that there is just and reason-
able cause for selling the same. She therefore
prays the Court to order said Real Estate to
be sold, and to empower her or some other
meet person to sell the same pursuant to the
Statute in such case made and provided.
