agrees to take the number of shares annexed
to his or her name of the Capital Stock of said
Corporation, each share to be twenty-five dol-

Bull’.-s new and superior Grape, the stock of
which is placed in their hands for sale. This
very remarkable American variety is the ',2,'l‘(.‘£I.-
test acquisition that has over yet been made to
our hardy native Grapes, and supplies the dc-
sidcratuin so long wanted, of a superior table
Grape, sufliciently hardy to withstaifl the col-
dest climate, and early enough to ripen its
fruit in any part of the Northern or New En-
gland States. It is four weeks earlier than
the Isabella, about two weeks earlier than the
Diana. It is fully ripe from the 3d to the 10th
of September. and flue specimens have been
exhibited the last two years. at that date, be-
fore the Massachusetts Horticultural Society.
It is a most vigorous growing vine, perfect-
ly hardy, with bunches of large size, hand-
somely shouldered, often weighing a. pound,
and with large rflndish oval berries, frequent-
ly measuring an inch in diameter, color very
dark, covered with a thick blue bloom, flesh
soft, tender and juicy; flavor very rich and
luscious, with a line sprightly aroma. The
foliage is‘ large, broad, and thick, and the ber-
ries have never been known to mildew, rot or
drop off under any circumstances during the
five years since it has borne fruit. Good jud-
ges who have tasted it pronounce it superior
to the Isabella in its ripest condition.

slioweth That he is parent and natural Guardi-
an to Scam Axx BRADLEY, and Euxion Brun-
LEY, Minors belonging to said District, and
that said Minors are the owners of an undivi-
tate, viz : a certain piece of land situated in
said Norwalk, in quantity one rood more or
less, with the buildings thereon, standing
bounded Northerly by land of Terrence 'Rey-
nolds, Easterly and Westerly b Highway, and
Southerly bydand of William . Bessy. And
he further says, That the Estate is at present
unproductive, that the avails thereof are wan-
ted for the support, maintenance ‘and educa-

sonable cause for selling the same. He there-

for taking fish in Sounds, Rivers, Lakes,

They are simply constructed, and easily man-
aged, and often pay for themselves at the first
