for this place. has done wonders for me. I had been. in
I. state of decline for more than a year, afflicted with ii
dreadful cough, pain in the breast, general debility, and
loss of appetite. Ibecame almost a skeleton, and had
been unable to leave my room for more than two months,
my friends told me I had the Consumption, and despair-
od of my recovery. I could not obtain any permaiieiit
relief from any medicine I had taken, or my pliysicmii,
until your Wine and Pills were procured. The first dose
of the Pills brought up from my stomach, much phlegm
and greenish matter, and my stools were perfectly black.
I then commenced taking your Forest Wine three, times
ndny, my appetite began to return immediately, my
cough left me, and in less ’than_ two weeks I was almo.-at
well. I now enjoy better health than I ever did before,
having increased twenty-five pounds in seven weeks.-

These Ships are the most magiiiflcaut that
have been built. They are commanded by able
and experienced Captains, famed f‘or their unu-
tical skill and kind treatment to emigrants; and
their accomiuodiitioiis f'or Cabin, Second Cabin,
and Stcernge passengers, are vastly superiorto
those of any other Line.
The Ship-‘s allowance of provisions comprises
flour, oat-meal, bread potatoes, peas orbeans,
rice and vinegar, which is dealt out to the pos-
sengers once or twice a week during the voy-
adult, and half allowance for children under 12
years; and in addition to the above, a further
allowance, according toa late act of the Brit-
ish parliament, two_oz. tea, half‘ lb. sugar, and
half lb. molasses, to each adult, weekly, with
three quarts water daily. In all cases where
any of the persons paid for decline coming out,
the full passage money is returned without any
deduction.
Persons residing in the country that desire to
send money to their friendsinthe Old Country,
and wishing to save time, and expense, can
have it done in a satisfactory, and correct man-
ner, by cnclosiiig by Post, to the subscribers,
the sum they wish to semi, with the name and
address of the party who is to receive it, when
a draft on the nearest Branch to their residence
will be forwarded by the fifst steamer witlias
much punctuality as ifthe person sending itwas
present, and a receipt returned for the money
by next mail.
