attachment or otherwise, to obtain advaiitagc
over others. and prays this Court to appoint it
time and place when and where a hearing and
enquiry shall be made by this Court relative to
the matters and allegations aforesaid, and the
oath or utliriuation contained in the 9th section
of said Act, be.by him made and subscribed.
This Court doth therefore appoint the 1st
day of July, 185-}, at 9 o’clock, forcnoou, for
such hearing and enquiry, and the making such
oath or atlirination pursuant to said Act, at the
Probate Oflicc in Norwalk, in said District, and
directs that notice thereof be given by adverti-
sing in a. weekly newspaper printed in Fairlicld
County, and by posting a notice thereof on the
sign post in, raid Wilton, nearest the place
where said Debtor dwells, at least two weeks
before said 1st day of July.
