question.

SEC. 9. No appeal shall be allowed from any judgment
of the county court, or of a justice of the peace, until

the appeal is taken, shall order and direct in a recogni-
zance with suflicienty surety, conditioned to prosecute
such appeal to effect.
SEC. 10._ All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with
the foregoing provisions, be, and the same are herebv
repealed. '
SEC. 11. The act entitled “ An Act in alteration of an
Act for the regulation of Civil Actions.” passed at the
last session of the General Assembly. and approved June
29th, 1852, be, and the same is liei-by repealed.
