Stockholders of the Norwalk Steam Transpor-
tation Company, duly called, and held at the
the Hotel of D. Stevenson. i_n Norwalk, ongthe
22d day ofJuue, 1852. the undersigned were
-respectively appointed President and Secreta-

voted to call another meeting of said Stockhold-

wanted for the suppo. t, maintenance and edu-
cation of said minors. and that it will be for the
advantage of said minors to sell the same, and
invest the avails thereof according to law;
wherefore he says that there is just. and reason-
able cause for selling- the same. He therefore
prays the court to -order said real estate to be
sold, and to empower him or some other meet
person to sell the sarrie.pursuant tothe statute

scs flour, out-ineal, bread, potatoes, peas or
beans, rice and vinegar, \Vl]lt'.Il is dealt out to
the passengers once or twice a week during
the voyage, at the rate of 10$ lbs. per week
for each adult, and half allowance for children
under twelve years; and in addition to the
above, it further allowance, according to a late
act of the Boitish Parliament, of two oz.‘ tea,
half lb. sugar, and half lb. molasses, to each
adulflweekly. with three quarts water daily.

decline coming out, the full passage money is
returned without any deduction.

Persons residing in the country that desire
to send money to their friends in the Old Coun-
try, and wishing to save time and expense, can
have it done in a satisfactory, and correct
manner, by enclosing by Post. to the subscri-
bers, the sum they wish to send. with the
name and address of the party who is to re-
ceive it, when a draft on the ‘nearest Branch
to their residence will be forwarded by fi"st;
steamer with as much punctuality as if the
personsending it was present, and a receipt

returned for themoney by next mail. '
