I feel it a duty to state, for the benefit of the
public, the astonisliiiig cure of myself, which is
as follows :—For the last twenty years I have
been troubled with Rlieumatisiii; I could not
walk without; canes or crutches. The pain was
excruciating, so iuuch so that I could not sleep

joint; the thigh became cloiigatccl or pushed out

cords became contracted so as to throw my knee
forward, and drew my foot: backward, so the
points of my toes barely touched the ground when
I walked. My healtli was so iiiucli iiiipaired,
I made up my mind that; the disease was so
tiriuly seated. that iiotliiiig could benefit: me; I
had tried the very best pl'iysicians,and all of the

very severe cold, which increased my rheumatic
pains, so that I was confined to the house. I

way for nearly two months, suffering every
