THE application of Esther Olmstead of
Norwalk in said district, respectfully showeth :
a Minor belonging to said district, and that said
Minor is the owner, as tenant; in common with
others in fee simple, of the following described
real estate, situated in said Norwalk, to wit z—-—
A certain tract ofland containing about 1 acre
and ‘.2 roods, with a dwelling liouso and other
buildings standing thereon, bounded north by
Martin Craw, east by Martin Crow and heirs
of Moses Gregory, deceased, south and west by
highway. Also one other tract ofland contain-
ing about 9 acres, called Rock’s Land, bounded
north by heirs of Joseph Lockwood, deceased,
and heirs of Andrew Akin, deceased. and west
by highway. The interest of said Minor in s’d
real estate, being valued at $400. _

present unproductive ; that it will be for the ad-
vantage ofsaid Minor to sell the same, and invest:
the avails thereof according to law; wherefore
she says that there is just and reasonable cause
for selling the same. She therefore prays the
Court to order said real estate to be sold, and to
empower her or some other meet person to sell
the same. pursuant to the statue in such case
made and provided. April 6th, 1847.
