ing it certain degree of pleasure in viewing the
place where commenced most of their joys, their

to of the days of" childhood; if so, 1 should think

grace to the district, and altliougli it may call to
mind some pleasant emotions of former days yet

This Stove liiis been used in various sections
oftho Country for upwards of4 years and has
in iil instances given universal satisfaction in all
its depiirtiiients. -

No stove yet invented. has approxiinatcd so
near to perfectioii as this one. Its capacity iind
excellence for Baking, Roiistiiig, Broiliiig, Fry-
ing or Boiling, has never been npproaclied.
None that saves so much fuel, none so conven-
ient. mid use, none ro perfect; in form and con-
structiou, and none in which the tire box and
oven flues, are so well and happily adapted to
their several objects and ends.

ln all the stoves which are now extiuit, ovens
are made to bake by radiated heat. mid cmi_/iiicrl
hot. air, and this is the reason why bread, &c.,
has to be lowered or raised, turned from side to
side, or in other words, watched iilniost contin-
ually, or it will biiru or bako very uneven. Not
so with the Atwood Stoves. The air, in this in-
stance, is heated, and by its expansion carried
in it current from the llilll0S[)I)(_‘l'(‘. tlirougli, by
the side of the tire box, into the oven, and ulti-
mately escapes at the flue over the top of the
ove‘ii——kceping a uniform teiiiperature tliroiigli-
out the oven. The coiiscquoiice is, that bread",
with :1 moderate tire, needs no iittondancc.—
Herein consists the superior advaiitagcs of the
Atwood Cooking Stove over till otliers.
