our own, but not to the extent that would whol-

Arrival of the Cambria.
This steamer arrived of Boston on Thursday
night last, about 11 o’clock. The files of pa-
pers were received by some one "who boarded
the vessel, and retained until 9 o’clock Friday

definite and indifferent. It seems that the gov-
ernment have concluded not to open the ports
