the owner ofa certain tract ofland as tenant in

late of Weston deceased, situate in Redding in
in Fairficld County, bounded South on Burr
Gould-, East and West on Lemuel Platt, North
on the heirs ofSamuel G-otild deceased,» in quan-
tity about 14 acres. Also one other tract situate
said Redding, held in common with the heirs of
Samuel Gould, late ofsaid Rcdding deceased, in
