Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House

ed. That it shall be the duty ofall guardians of
minors to render their accounts against their

law of the estate of such words before the courts
of Probate respectively having cogttizattce there
of. at least once every year during the continu-

guardian shall have neglected to render his ac-
