\ HEREAS the General Assembly of this
State. at the session thereof, lioldeu at
Hartford, in May. A. D. 1343. passed the fol-
lowing act, to wit:
An act it: addition to an act entitled an act rela-
ting to Guardians and Minors.
Soc. 1. Br: it enacted by the Senate and House
of Rrprcscnlotives in General Assembly conven-
ed. That it shall be thetluty ofall guardians of
minors to render their accounts against their
wards for arljpstmeiit. together with the particu
lars oftheestate of such wards before the courts
of Probate respectively having cognizance there
of. at least once every ‘year during the continu-
ance oftheir guarrlianshipz‘ rind", in case any
guardian iihall have neglected to render his ac-
count and statement as aforesaid. it shall be the
duty of said court to make order therefor,
Sec. 2. Be it further enac'ed. That wlien-
evcr it shallappear, on the adjtistnient of the
account ofany guartliati as aforesaid. that there
is a balance of the money ofthe ward in the
hands ofsuch guardian. it shall be the duty of
the Court of Probate to order such guardian to
place the same at interest, in the nauie of the
ward, lofl good mortgage sectirity of at least
rloublc the value ofthe amount lent on such
mortgage. or by deposits in some Savings
Batik in this State, or to lay out the saute in the
nurture, education or advancement in marriage
ofsucli minor. as the Court of Probate shall di-

Court of Probate to sell the lands of minors.
who have sold the same. shall render to the
Court of Probate. once in each year. his or her
account against his or her ward, together with

sell shall neglect aniiuallyto render such ac-

In order to save expense in advertisng certifi-
cates. the price is made near cost, which is
only 25 cents for small, and 50 cents for large
bottles, so that all can use this very valuable
tliscoxery almost without cost. For worms
either in grown persons or children, its ef-
fects are certain. For sprains and weakness
in the back or limbs and in rheumatism,
