I HEREBY CERTIFY that my daughter has
been afflicted with sick headache fortlte space
ofabout 20years—tlie attacks occurring once in
abouttwo weeks frequently lasting 24 hours
during which time the paroxysms have been so
severe.as apparently soon to deprive her oflifc.
And after having tried almost all other rente-
dies in vain I have been induced as a last resort
to try Spohn’s Headache Remedy as sold by

herself and all her friendsfound very material

ATENT Bee Ilive.-The attention
of the public is called to a new and valua-
ble improvement in the construction of Ben
Hives tor wliicli the subscriber has recently
secured a patent. This hive is constructed who
a view to the preservation ofthe bees from that
distructive and rlend'y enemy. the worm. an
end which it is believed has never before been
fully accomplished. It is composed of several
.-hitting compartments or drawers. to either or
any nuriilter of which the bees may be confined
at pleasure. and on either becoming filled with
honey. it can be taken out and the honey remov-
ed without injury to or front the bees. These
compartments are made with oblique bottoms.
with an apperture ranging ilirough each from
the top to the bottom. This leaves no lodgment
for the worm except a receptacle at the bottom
which is filled with ashes. which in a short time
deprives him of life. This hive is believed to
be superior to any other which has been intro-
duced. and is sold at the low price of $4 for an
individual right and hive.
