Geutlemcn—-You are at liberty to make such
use ofthe following certificate as you deem will
best subserve the purposes for which it is in-
tended.

I H1-ZRRBY can-run that my daughter has
been afflicted with sick headache forihe space
ofaboul 20years-iliealtacks occurring once in
about two weeks frequently lasting 24 hours
during which time the paroxysmshave been so
severe,a- apparently soon to deprive her of life.
And after having tried almost all other reme-
dies in vain I have been induced as a last resort
to try Spohu's Headache Remedy as sold by
you ;and to my great disappointment enjoy of
herselfaud all her fricndsfouud very material
relief from the firsl dose of the medicine, she
has followed up the directions with the article,
and in every case when an attack was threat-
ened has found immediate relief, until she is
near permanently cured. The attacks are now
very seldom, and disappear almost immediately
after taking Ihequantity directed. A hope that
others may be benefited by the use ofiliis truly
invaluable medicine, has induced me lo send
you the above, and remain your obedient scr-
