AND PRESERVATIVE VEGETABLE CERATE.

THE important discovery ofa vegetable sub-

stance,capable of restoring and preserving
the hair, was accidentally made by an individ-
ual who has neither the capacity nor the dis-
position to practice deception or fraud. The
fullest reliance may be placed on the efficacy
and power of the Vegetable Cerate, not only
in restoring and preventing the falling offthe
hair, but in producing the greatest lustre and
liveliuess ofit imaginable ; and the public may
rest assured that its eflects will be clearly inatt-
ifested in the course ofa short time by the re-
newal and vigorous growth of tliehair, anil
byeffectually preventing its coming out or fall-
