LIBRARY REGULATIONS.
THE Subscril:-er is under the necessity of
informing those who are in the habit of
receiving Books from the Bookstore and Li-
brary to read, that in future the price will in-
variably be fixed at so much per volume, (ac-
cording to size) for once readingtlirough, and
in any case where a volume is kept over
one week, an extra charge, in proportion, will
be made. The frequent instances in which
his Books have been kept out for a considera-
ble lengtli of time, and have passed througli
various hands, with a compensation to him,
perhaps of for only once reading, renders a
scrupulous observance of these rules absolute-
ly necessary. Payment must also he made
either when the Books are taken out, or when
returned, except in cases where accotiiits may

intends carrying on the business in all its va-
rious branches, and he flatters himself that
from the experience which he has had, and
