mills, and commanding a handsome prospect

or health. Said dwelling houses are within
a mile and a half of Rings End Landing,
where two vessels ply regularly twice a week

eomniodation either for freight ‘or passage.
The Homestead contains about two acres, on
which are the two liouses above described,
with a good barn and convenient out houses;
an excellent garden containing currants,
raspberries, and strawberries; a well of ex-
cellent water within a few feet of the dome
either to drink or for washing ; and a variety
of fruit trees, comprising winter and fall pip-
pins, pears, peaches, pluinbs, cherries 8Lc.
Alsq eight, acres of land situate about one
fourth ofa mile from the homestead, contain-
ing. a handsome young orchard of excellent
fruit, and fenced with stone wall into small
inclosiires, suitable for pasiuring; but may
be improved either for tiiowing or ploughing.
Said land is on a, corner fronting two public
“roads, both leading to good landing places,
and valuable for a building place. The sub-
scriber being about to remove to New-Jersey,
will dispose of one or two excellent cows, if
desired, a pleasure boat, and some other arti-
cles of convenience as may suit the purchaser.

SO long as the liiiman system continues to

be afflicted with vacious diseases, so long
every community ought to be supplied with
those articles_ best calculated to relieve them.
It may beremarked also that those remedies
which are best calculated for the reliefof vari-
ous complaints are now well understood, and
each article is orought to be applied to the
specific purpose for which it seems by its
medical property to be designed. \Vith a view
to benefit the public in the accomplishment of
the above desirable objects (not forgetting him-
self by the by)tlie siibscriber ofi'ers for sale
a general assortment of Medicine, recently
selected in New York, and warranted of the
very best quality, at his stand a few doors east
ofthe Bridge. Physicians and families can
have almost any forms ‘or compounds ofmeda
