made on the 21st day of December, 1821, in the
matter of the Estate of Ezra Lockwood, late of
notice is hereby given, that all that certain lot of
land, number sixty, in the town of Green: in the
county ofChenango, and state of New-York, con-
taining one hundrcd and three acres, two mods,
‘and eight perches : also, all that certain other lot
number sixty-one, situate in the town and county
aforesaid, containing one hundred and tour acres»
one road, and seventy perches: also, all that cer-
tain other lot, number fifty-five, situate in the (Own

months afflicted with a Tumour on her
back of his hand which incapacitated him for
work, after having tried every thing in vain and
sufiered an operation on his hand and considered

Mr. Wright of Boston, was 3 years afllicted
with a Fever-sore on one of his legs, had tried

with a humour on one of his legs. attended with

with a white swelling on her knee joint, had tried
every assistance and considered past relief, con-
traction had formed, when on taking these drops

his friends and the public that he has atgreat
expense erected a Woolen 1"actory,situated on Mi-
amis river, about a mile and a half above the up
per landing in Greenwich, and is now ready to
receive VVOOL for Carding. He will also man-
ufacture Cloths, Satlincts, U'c. by the yard or on
sliares'-.-,-spiti by the run or pound—also weave
woolen yarn upon cotton. Dying, falling and fin-
ishing will be attended to in their proper season,
by experienced workmen, on reasonable terms.
Those who may favor him with their custom may
calculate on having their work donevin the neat-
est manner—Indigo blue colored if required. All
orders th2_i_n_kfully‘ received and punctually atten-
ded to. All kinds of country produce received
in payment, at the New-York prices, on making
an allowance of the freight. Customers will find
their account in picking the trash out of their
wool, and in properly cleansing it afterit is shear-
