King’s brother was at the head. of it, and the ob-

bolish the Constirution.—-It was disclosed to the
govcriiltietit hy a Friar, and the principal persons

King's brother was in close confinement, and it
was said would shortly be brought to trial. Ten
or 12 persons, said to be connected with the plot,

sell to the mill:-rs, who again dispose of it to the
bakers for the same purpose. It is considered a
thing of course, when the latter makes a pur-
chase from the former, that a sack of bone flour
is included in the bargain.

which lately appeared in a N. Carolina paper, un-

ately, that any person may KILL or DESTROY

At St. Kitts, every slave who may be freed is
required to pay 100 pounds into tliecolonial trea-
sury for his certificate of manumission. which is
indespensably necessary. The governor has re-
