An act authorising the issuing of writs of injunc-
tion in certain cases. .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House QfRr/7rc-
sentatz'vcs in Gemral ./1sse7nbly convened, That
either of the Judges of the Superior Court shall
1 have power on motion, to grant and enforce writs
I of injtinction according to the course of proceed-
ing in courts ofequity in all cases within the ju-
risdiction of the superior court arising in any
county where such court shall not be in session.‘
And all writs ofinjunction shall be made return-
able to the next superior court in such county,
which court may proceed therein according to
the course of proceedings in equity—-and that «no
writs of injunction shall be -issued unless the facts
stated in the application shall be supported by the
oath of the applicant, or some indifferent witness.

Judges of the several county courts, in all cases
within the jurisdiction of such courts arising in
the counties of which they are judges, when such
courts are not in session, shall have power to

the same principles, as in cases ofwrits of injunc-
tion issued by judgcs of the superior court.

all matters of law decided by the supreme-ciourt
of errors, wherein the judges shall not publicly
assign the reasons of their judgment, it shall be
the duty of the judges to cause the opinion of the
court to be reduced to writing, and lodge the same
with the clerk of the supreme court of errors
in the county where the case is tried, previous to
the session of the superior court next slicccetling
the session of the court of errors in the county
where the trial is Iiad.
§ 2. Be itfurt/zcr enacted, That the first section
of the act to which this is an addition, passed at
the October session of the General Assembly, A.
